Heligo Engineering Department, a DGCA approved CAR 145 organization, is currently certified to undertake maintenance of four types of Helicopter viz. Dauphin AS 365 N3, Bell 412, Agusta Westland AW 139 and Airbus H145 which presently are the backbone of the offshore oil support Industry.

The Company boasts of a well equipped modern hangar with all the required facilities at Juhu Airport, Mumbai. The facility is fully equipped to provide maintenance support to various types of aircraft. The Company has licensed Engineers with decades of experience on Bell 212 / 412, Agusta Westland AW 139, Dauphin N3, Sikorsky 76C+, and ALH (Dhruv) Helicopters and required experience on Airbus H145.

Heligo engineers undergo training at the manufacturers facilities overseas and enjoy profound knowledge of the fleet; amongst them are some of the most experienced and technically qualified personnel of the aviation industry. The engineering staff undertake extensive maintenance servicing, up to and including check “D” level ( ie 3000 Hours / 5 Years Inspection), and ensure consistent maintenance of the highest safety standards and assured safe service to our valued clients. All helicopters operating offshore meet the most stringent DGCA (Regulatory) requirements laid down for such operations.

The Company has a large well laid out stores facility which holds an impressive inventory of parts, special tools and other maintenance assets to ensure continued airworthiness of its fleet. The stores are maintained and controlled by experienced Inspectors under the supervision of a DGCA approved Stores Manager.
